Returns

Items are valid for exchange or return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us via email before making your return or exchange.

Items must be in new and unworn condition with its original Dear Waldorf packaging.

Only regular price items are eligible for exchange or return. All items sold at marked down (sale) prices are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.

Earrings are not eligible for exchange and return due to hygiene reasons, unless they arrived faulty.

Your return will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price within 7-10 business days from the date of receiving your return.
